Gallery Booking Form

Thank you for your interest in our next Gallery Event! Please use this form to help us with planning the best event for your group. You will also find helpful hints that could answer a lot of the questions you (or your guests) may have.

Please note:
We will try our best to schedule the event on your preferred date but please be aware this could change due to availability. We will contact you to confirm dates or changes.

Friday Group Activity

 

Biltmore Tour Includes:
Full Tour of Biltmore House
Lunch on grounds @ Stable Café

Visit Winery & Biltmore Village

 


Whitewater Center Includes:
Full Day pass for ropes course including zip line

Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. Includes:

Whether you’re just getting into craft beer or we’re on your brewery bucket list, a tour of our North Carolina brewing facility in Mills River, just outside of Asheville, is for you — so we recommend you reserve a spot! Our interactive tours offer everything from hop handling to nature hikes to — what you really came for — beer sampling.

To help with planning your trip:
Activities on Friday usually end around 3:45pm to allow for travel to airports for departures.

Please be prepared to provide Names and Emails for all guests, a link will be sent to each for Register for the event. Click HERE to see Guest Registration Form. Feel free to fill one out for yourself.

Travel Plans:
Greenville (GSP) is closer to our event but sometimes a bit more cost effective to fly into Charlotte (CLT). Either way, we will make sure to have transportation set up for your group upon arrival.


Best arrival times on Wednesday: 2pm-5pm
Best departure times on Friday: 6pm or later – we can work around earlier flights if needed (nothing before 3pm please).

🌟 Optional Social Dinner (Wednesday, 8:00 PM):
Join us for a delightful social dinner on Wednesday evening at 8pm. It's the perfect kick-off for a fantastic event, and a great opportunity to connect with fellow agents if you're in town early.

🍽️ Complimentary Breakfast:
Kickstart your day with us! Enjoy complimentary breakfast included with your hotel stay every morning. Fuel up before diving into the day's bright events. You'll receive your breakfast tickets at check-in.

⏰ Event Kickoff (Thursday, 10 AM @ Spartanburg Marriott)
Don't miss the grand kick-off at 10 am on Thursday morning. We're gearing up for an exciting day filled with innovation, inspiration, and all things lighting!

✈️ Travel Arrangements
If you're planning to depart on Friday evening, please book flights for after 6 pm to ensure you don't miss our scheduled events. We will take care of accommodations for those staying until Saturday morning.
